  • AI agents are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate

  • Services may be affected by third-party outages (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud)

  • Results may vary based on use case and data quality

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle

  • Refunds are not issued for partial use unless required by law

  • If a service is not delivered or a workflow fails to be implemented due to Gliss.AI error, a prorated refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion

  1. Welcome Call Agreement

  • A Welcome Call will be scheduled to ensure proper onboarding and alignment

  • Clients agree to attend this call to finalize configuration preferences and expectations

  • Missing the Welcome Call without rescheduling may delay service delivery

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or financial results
