Service Limitations
AI agents are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
Services may be affected by third-party outages (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud)
Results may vary based on use case and data quality
Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
Refunds are not issued for partial use unless required by law
If a service is not delivered or a workflow fails to be implemented due to Gliss.AI error, a prorated refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion
Welcome Call Agreement
A Welcome Call will be scheduled to ensure proper onboarding and alignment
Clients agree to attend this call to finalize configuration preferences and expectations
Missing the Welcome Call without rescheduling may delay service delivery
